Rehab "Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it."  Psalm 127:1 The Single-Family Rehabilitation Program is an extension of the Housing Corporation.  TVNHC purchases properties through either the city or private ownership and completely renovates them.  The homes are gutted and rehabilitated from the footings to the shingles.  We then offer these homes up for sale.  What this means to the potential owner is that the family is basically getting a brand new home at a more economical price.  What this means for TVNHC is we are able to accomplish our goal in revitalizing our neighborhoods while ministering to the needs of our people. The Single Family Rehabilitation Program is made possible through partnerships with City of Muskegon, area financial institutions, and also investment equity provided by Trinity.  Trinity's motto for this program is :Rebuilding Our Neighborhoods, One Home at a Time."  Home ownership can be the most gratifying step in a person's life and it is our goal at Trinity Village Nonprofit Housing Corpora6ion.  to help families achieve this success!
